Our local theater just upgraded its light board and lights to a colorsource 40 light board and ETC led (6ch, sorry can't remember model right now) lights.   I have downloaded both Capture 2020 student v2020.0.48 and colorsource v31.1.0.23 I can't seem to connect these programs so I can control the lighting setup in capture with the virtual colorsource light board.   How do I link them so they work together. Our theater uses ETC LED (6ch/no PTZ) lights which are not in the capture fixtur...

when I open a project, the previous of level of smoke has not been saved , it always opens with no smoke, why wont it save

You surely are aware of the GDTF file format... As i'm working with both capture and vectorworks, and i'm not alone in this case, would you dig on GDTF format, to improve interoperability in between consoles / CAD / fixtures Best regards, And thanks for great job on C2020 !

Hi Is there a way to scale a pdf during or after import I know there is a scale on the import window but often it is necessary to use a reference length on the PDF file to scale it after it has been imported. Thanks

Any plans to add some 'Align & Distribute' tools I really miss that when I use an old project as basis for a new show. (And I do that all the time....)I am aware of the Distribution Grips but if your fixtures are not evenly spaced, and that's what you want, it won't help you.I would also suggest an option for the Distribution Grips to lock center. For instance with modifier key. When used, fixtures would move on both ends and stay symmetric on the stage.

I have video projection going on a wall. I want a different video in different scenes. I don't see how to tell Capture to change the texture on a surface from one scene to another. I suppose I could make several instances of the wall and take turns hidding them depending on the scene, but that seems like a lot of work and confussion. Any ideas

Hi If you insert a text in plots there is an option for 'Background color'. Unfortunately it is impossible to set it to transparent. Oliver
