Hello - Capture Argo Basic Edition user here. The new features of Atlas look interesting and useful, but it's a huge step backwards to go from unlimited universes to just four universes - this is a very disappointing change in structure. Is it possible to have both Argo and Atlas installed simultaneously So that when I need to pre-vis a show using >4 universes, I can export from Atlas back to Argo and use Argo I'm really not sure if it's worthwhile to upgrade, or just wait for next year's edit...

Is there a truss base anywhere Even a gneric 30' base plate I can't seem to find one. If there isn't it would be nice to upload base plates to the library so we can get accurate gear counts. Other items that would be nice to add to the actual library so we can get accurate counts: Motors, double reeved 1 ton, double half, 1 ton, half ton, 1/4 ton etc... don't need functionality but having a block that can create a line item in the gear repor. Hey guys, im trying to patch my camera for my views in Capture to my hog4pc. I have the dmx patch list and made desk channel for each function in the hog but im having a had time making this work. Has anyone else created this and would be will to share how they did this. Would it be better to make a fixture in the fixture builder How are people doing this A video tutorial to do this kind of thing would be very helpful

Hello! I have what might sound like kind of an odd question. Would it be possibly to concurrently install two different versions of Capture Atlas on the same computer For example, if someone had two different clients who each provided a license for a different amount of universes, is it possible to have both of them installed Thanks!

I'm converting old plots to Atlas and in the library I believe Altman had the old 6x9, 6x12, etc instruments. I can't find them anywhere. Any help would be great!

Hi all I am using some old Altman 3 channel strip lights. I found the R40s and they are 3 channel except I don't see where the gels can be separated out on the fixture. Example....I add red and it seems to go in all 15 gel slots as opposed to 5. Any suggestions Do I just fake it and hang three fixtures instead of 1

Loving the new features in Atlas, great work everyone! I had a quick question with the variable smoke. If I don't have any smoke, there is still some smoke default. I'm wondering if there is a global smoke/haze level like on Argo, but you can also add it where you want. For example, I want the global smoke level at 0 but have haze around the stage and thinner haze over the audience. Is this possible Thanks!

Working on a larger file, and repeatedly getting ''A file access error occurred' when saving. Works fine to save as a new file name, but overwriting that one some minutes later will give the same error again. Atlas Symphony V22.0.12
