Feature request - Show layer colour in project content list
2996 2 - Started by Deleted User, last post from auroraprod
In the project content window, where the layers are listed under the Layer folder, would it be possible for the little layer icon to be coloured the same colour that has been chosen for that layer It would be helpful especially in projects that contain many layers to find the layer you are looking for.

Mapping material - nonstandard configurations
2703 2 - Started by Erik Docktor, last post from Lars Wernlund
So I'm probably going about this the wrong way, but I'm previzing a little rig, 16 auras, 8 pointes, and some LED tiles.
The LED tiles are configured as ten strips, 1 panel wide by 9 panels high, 48 pixels wide by 432 pixels high. There's 48 pixels of space between each.
Physically, they're 18' wide by 13'6 tall, approximately 4' of space between each.
Is there an easy way to map these things Can I specify the pixels they should be looking for Currently I'm sizing my content to fit each ind...

import of DXF comes in at wrong scal
2174 1 - Started by ToddLarBoy, last post from zach
A client sent me a tradeshow booth design in DXF. But whenever I import it into Capture the scale appears way to big. I have verified in other programs that the measurements are correct and truss is 12' standard, but if I add a moving head from capture library it appears the size of a pixel and zooming into the mover looks like I could get 50 of them in the 12' piece of truss.
Not sure if I am doing something wrong on the import side or if I need to request them to do something different on t...

Import of SketchUp-Models
2357 2 - Started by Daniel Tschanz, last post from Daniel Tschanz
I already asked here for help some time ago...
I can't work with models imported as skp. Regardless how I prepare the models in SketchUp, in Capture elements are in wrong layers and the elements of some layers are grouped fix tothether, even if I 'exploded' them in SketchUp before importing.
How you prepare models in SketchUp before importing You save them as Sketchup 2015 / 2014 / 7 / 8
Thank you for your help!

Hi All,
Does anyone know of a way (I'm sure there's one) to merge aspects from one show to another My case, I'd like to be able to merge my custom frame lists from one plot to another to save time on creating new ones.
Thanks for any thoughts or solutions.

Labeling and accesory sizing

Next on the list of requests/demands.....
We would like for a way to resize rigging symbols, electrical symbols and any other sort of symbol object.
It's nice to have them small but sometimes you just want to have a really big plot of a really large space and be able to show the rig points with numbers that are legible without zooming in too much.
The same is true for electrical service drops.
weather we are handing off plots to an electrical contractor to put power in, or it's our own n...
