Multi-channel cyc lights. (Marumo)

Hi guys,
I'm using Marumo LHQ/UHQ's (I wish I wasn't, but I am...;) ), which are set to three channel mode, but when I turn them on, there's only one slider to control them, and only one 'gel slot' - inserting two or three gels just overlays them.
Is there a way to use the instrument as expected - three independent channels with three different gel slots, or alternatively, if it's a problem with the fixture in the library, can you suggest an equivalent instrument to act as a stand in for now...

3ds max to Capture issues

My next issue is when I import or open my 3ds-file its huge, as in the units that were 50' are now 3000' So when I add an object from Captures library, like a person, they are super small. Any idea why this conversion is so off and how to fix this Thanks

I've been asking a lot of questions and figuring out a lot on my own but I have a little issue. I can't get any of the leds to work properly. I can get some to turn on and change color but they never turn off. How can I do this Thanks. Also where can I turn the ambient light off. Thanks

I have an Imac 27, with Intel core I7, 16gb memory, and nvidia GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB.
But when I Turn on the 32 Jarag5 at Full, the mac going slow, why, I don't Undertand if I have the best graphic card and good memory please help me.

Multiple Scenes/sets

I'm buying this program soon and I'm going to set it up to an Ion. My question is.. How do you do multiple sets As in if Act 1 and Act 2 have different scenery how do you do that Do you need to copy the lights into a new file in capture, and have multiple show files in the Ion then merge all those files together in the Ion. So act 1 would be cues 1-200 then act 2 would be 201-400 in the new file then merge 201-400 into the first show file I really hope this makes sense not sure how else to ex...

It would be nice if there was a log when the library file was updated and what the updates included to know when one needs to update the file. Updating all the time is a bit of a time waster if nothing has been updated.

is there anywhere i could find some examples of the paper work from capture,
