Custom objects at library

I was wondering that is this possible.If i make an object, lets say a chair. Is there a way to chance this to object, that could be found from the libraryIf not. Is there any plans to make this kinda feature availableIt would be much quicker to make scenery to stage if i could save that chair to library and use it later on other projects. Saving a project

I have Capture solo
i don't seem to be able to save a project.
Before shutting down I go to file and scroll down but the save, save as,and save as presentation options are not highlighted.

Change symbol

Hi guys!
I like the new update and just upgraded to Basic edition. However I'm searching for a 'change symbol' option.
I'm currently trying to make a plot consisting of Jarag Lines but the symbol for this fixture is way out of proportion in paper mode (Approx 2 meters long instead of .5 m). It says it's a Striplight, Mr-16.
Is there a solution to this problem

How to build riseres with legs

How do I build risers with legs so that I can see the legs I also want to have different legs on the same riser, so that I can build a staircase. I prefer Nivtec risers, and they do not have to use four legs on each riser if they are build together.

Twin monitors for computer

I am having a computer built so that I dont have any operating problems with Capture.
I was wondering, could I have two monitors running one for the tools and one for the 3d image so that I would'nt have to go back and forth between them

I have ordered dmxis and show Buddy.
New 2nd computer with high end graphics card also ordered.
Now I need enttec usb pro. i noticed it connects via 5 pin dmx.
All my dmx cables for my lights are 3 pin. If I connect from dmxis to enttec usb pro with 5 pin for capture will this make any difference when i run the real show in 3 pin
I am new to lighting software so this may be a silly question,sorry. i just want to be sure i have all the correct equipement.

import .dwg from Sketchup

Hello.
I am trying to import from sketchup.
It works ok, i get it in there and it looks good.
But i do not get any textures at all, everything has a red color to it.
If i import back the exported .dwg into sketchup it don't turn out perfect there eider, but at least with the right textures.
I am using 2.10.18 in osx (sketchup 2013 in windows)
What can i do

v2.10.16 stops responding on OSX

I installed 2.10.16 on my Macbook Pro (running OSX 10.6.8) a few days ago. Now, about 80 of times when I close Capture, it stops responding during the shut down and I have to force quit.Is this a known issue or special for me! Any suggestions what to check or tryCheers, Nige
