chamsys magic q & capture on mac

Hi,
I'm having troubles connecting the magic q desktop mac to the capture polar.
I have set up the loop up on the magic q but can't work out where to alter the settings to allow the loop up in capture. I have tried Tools, Options but it has made no difference.
Any help would be great,

Enttec Pro USB on Mac OSX

I'm having trouble with my Enttec USB Pro unit on my Mac.
Chamsys finds it to output DMX but Capture can not see it.
I've reinstalled the drivers but still Capture cannot see it.
Any ideas

Problem installing new fixture library

Hello,
I am running Capture v2.3.7 with Windows XP.
I have recently been in touch with Vangelis to make some small amendments to some fixtures. The first time, I was contacted to say that the new file was ready and I downloaded the library file, installed it and it worked fine. When I loaded my show after the install, a box opened to ask me if I wanted to update the amended fixtures. Success!

Hi I have been using my copy of Capture more than usual and found a bug and have some feature requests. Bug - The bug relates to all views when brightness is set to 0. If the brightness is at 0, then selected fixtures do not turn red. To replicate: Brightness set to 0 Select any fixture Selected fixture only has red outline. Fixture does not turn red. External Input Devices

Having nothing but trouble connecting anything to Capture.
Enttec box will not connect,
Art Net will not connect,
ETC Net2 will not connect.
I've been trying to get this to work for weeks. I've tralled the internet for information and have had no luck.
All connections have be attempted with the MA Ultra Light. Whilst in London when the MA was new we managed to have Artnet running in to Capture. Mac OSX does not yet support MA1 net so I cannot even try that connection.

No outline in fixture symbols when printing plot

I got weird issue. When I'm printing plot there is no outline in fixture symbols. In layer properties I have Screen color: white, Paper weight: 0,75pt, Paper color: black, Paper solid color: white. This issue occurs when I chanced Paper solid color settings. Yes, symbols background color was changed but outline disappeader. I tried to check settings but i don't find solution. Issue with PR pilot250 wash and solo 250 pro with LSC console and capture

Hi All
when using our LSC Maxim XXLP console with capture everything seems to work except with the washs and profiles, we can control the fixtures with the board except the shutters....we get light with the strobe in capture but when you turn the strobe off it continues in capture but on the real fixture it stops. The strobing stops in capture when you pull down the fader on the board to turn of the fixture. We are using the latest version of capture with the latest library, also the console ha...

Ipix BB7

Hi
Once again I find myself designing a rig with I pix's BB7 fixtures. As there are no BB7 in the capture library, I use an 7 I pix satelites and arrange them in a circle. But when I turn on the Ipix from my D4 I dont get any light out put. Is there any other way of getting a basic 5 channel RGB fixture to show up in capture

movement freezes

Im running capture along with avolites D4 simulator on the same computer, via an ACDI from avolites. Recently Ive found that any movement with a time fade will freeze halfway throug the move, as if the DMX stream stops. When I send new DMX info, for example a new colour or gobo, the move will continue. This also happens with movement chases and shapes.
