Fixture adjustment

Hi, is it possible to adjust an existing fixture. I use a few Viking Stage Lighting VK3610W fixtures and they have a beam angle (optic) of 35 degrees but the fixture in 2020 says 25 degrees. Is it possible to change

Library Panasonic

Hi, I&39;m doing an exhibition with Panasonic and the library is missing the lens that I will have to use for the realization of the project.
The lens that is not present is the following: PANASONIC, PT-RZ970, ET-DLE060 lens.

Resetting the origin of an imported object

Hi folks. I&39;m wondering if you can reset the origin of a specific object. I&39;ve brought in some pieces of set, but their internal origin is off. Does anyone know of a way to specify its position, and then tell Capture that this is the new origin, without having to re-import all objects We&39;re linking Capture to Kinesys, so it would be helpful if Kinesys could see the objects at 0,0,0. Thanks!

Hello,
I patched the fixture MINUIT UNE PYRAMID in booth versions (25 and 45 channels), in AVOLITES and ONYX, but the response in Capture is not accurate.
When intensity is full always keeps white even if RGB is at zero. RGB adds so you can see the color, but always with white below.
The rest is not working.
I patched also robe megapointe and no issues with that.
Any guess

Capture 2020 doesn't see sACN like 2018 does, no connection from Onyx

I just upgraded to Capture 2020 on my MacBook, so I have both 2018 and 2020 versions available for testing.
On my network, I have Proxmox running Windows 10 as a Virtual Machine. I also have Windows 10 running in VMWare locally on my MacBook. So, I have two independent installations of Windows 10 that I&39;m using to test connectivity.
When I open Capture 2018 on my MacBook and Onyx in Windows (in either VM) with the sACN settings turned on in Onyx, the external universe regis...

Imac compatibility

Hey All!
I am considering on purchasing an Imac 2020 using an EGPU (AMD RX 5700 XT) , has anyone had experience with this kind of setup for capture 2020
This GPu does not list on the &39;mac metal issues&39; article oin the capture website but wanted to get some additional info before i go ahead with this setup.
Also does any one have a reccomendation for the amount of RAM 16/32/64/128

Capture does not find ArtNet

Hello there and merry christmas! ,
I am having struggle with connecting my GrandMA2 on PC (Command Wing) via Artnet with the Capture Software.
Art Net ist recieved by the Computer running Capture. (Checked via ArtNetViewer) So I believe the Problem ist in some connectivity Settings in the Software. But I cant figgure out what it is
What I already tried out:
- Capture is the only Software running and using ArtNet
- manually setting the IP adresse from ArtNe...
