I am testing some HES Trackspots out, and the color rotation speed (when on spin) are extreemly different. When the actual light is spinning  the color wheel at ~50, Capture is only displaying ~2 (barely moving). Is there a way to fine tune, or adjust the default parameter in capture

I believe this issue appeared since 2021 because I don't remember having this happen in Capture 2020 but when patching a skypanel in Mode 6 (possibly other modes) the crossfade channel is acting like a snap parameter in capture such that after 50 the color is snapping from CCT mode to color mode. This should not happen - it should be a gradual fade from CCT to color mode.

Hello, Here are some issues with Astera Helios profiles I found while visualizing against an actual fixture: Mode 113/131 - crossfade and tint don't seem to work - it stays in CCT mode when crossfade is at full and the tint parameter doesn't do anything Mode 115/119 - The fixture doesn't turn on even if the dimmer is turned on.

Does anyone know what's going on here Note the shifted image and part of the circle that's duplicated... also... my projectors stopped working entirely  I'm very confused.

The Cannon Cob wash shows the correct colours until the Patch number is entered. As soon as the patch no. Is entrees all colours go washed out and are all wrong...a setting of green shows a pale washed out pink etc  please can you fix this as it's obviously a Capture issue and not the fixture (this does not warrant your standard rejection reply).

Are there plans to add in Chauvet Professional's new fixture, the Ovation Rêve E-3 I've been spec'ing these lights out on projects and would love to model them in Capture.

The Solaris Flare fixtures all have some problems in the extended modes.   Curious if there are ways to fix them. Regular Solaris Flare - Adv RGBW with Pixels : The Pixel Channels work well.  Thank you. Hi All, i just installed the Capture app on my iphoneX and uploaded 3 files to my iCloud. 1 of them is around 3kb, 1 is 14mb and 1 is 102mb. It works perfectly on the smaller items but the app crashes when im trying to open the bigger one, which i'd like to use the app for. Is there any explanation for that or is it just too big for the Capture app for iphone Thank you in advance.
