How do you create a plot that contains only the lighting bars and fixtures - so that it can be printed out and given to a rigger The self-help videos show that you 'right-click' in plot editor and pull in the view you want In Student edition we cannot 'right-click' - neither on a PC nor a Mac version. Hi, We have created a 3D drawing (Vectorworks 2021 Spotlight) of a Set and have included all the colour and materials into said drawing. When we import it into Capture 2021 (Symphony) we have the model but everyhting is one single colour and none of the colours, materials or textures have translated through. Is there a specific file format we should be using for this. (used DWG/DXF)  Many thanks in advance. A

Hello! Thanks so much for 2021!! Enjoying the new features. However, there are some visual issues when switching to full screen in Live View. See picture link. https://drive.google.com/...-w_/viewusp=sharing  Also there's some strange shadow rendering happening in places around objects. Like a shadow halo around objects. Howdy All, When I open a Capture 2020 project in Capture 2021 the fixtures and all assignments is there, but do not respond either via ARTnet or with internal Capture control.  I tried replacing the fixtures by using the replace option, but still no response.  When I delete the fixture and then bring in the fixture from the library everything works fine.  Apologies if this was addressed somewhere else, but hoping this doesn't have to be done for all project files on previous versions.

Showtec OctostripII 24 channel mode has gone from the mode choices. This worked perfectly in the 2020 version but not since the new library update. It is in the Showtec manual but not the drop down Any ideas why or am I missing something

Hi. Thanks for the upgrade. I'm having an issue after installing and trying to run. I get a pop up saying System Error, VCRUNTIME140_1.dll Is this just personal to me 2020 run fines as does 2021 on my MacBook Thanks in advance :)

Hi everyone, I just installed Capture 2021 (great fun!) but I have some problems with the fixture libraries. When I add 614 and 714 robert juliat, 310 HPC or molefay for example, I only have large empty cubes but no realistic symbol. Any idea how to solve this problem Thank you in advance ! David

Hi all, Could you please check out the Robe Tetra 2 colour bar fixture please It works fine in situ with the control pane, but as soon as it is patched, the lights disappear and it resets. The only thing that works then is the tilt function. Regards, Rob

When using lighting bars from the capture library, when you add/drag a fixture to it you see a symbol and it 'snaps'/'links' to the lx bar. However, upon importing a model into capture that already has the lx bars in it, the fixtures lose this feature. I have to manually enter the height to align the fixtures as close to the bar as I can.  Is there a way for me to add the (snap/attatch/rig) functionality of captures library bars & truss to my imported models bars and truss Thanks for any ...

Hi all, Would it be possible to control media/video start/stop from a DMX command It would aid synchronising shows much easier so videos start on the same cue as the lights Possibly adding a timecode /- offset would also be helpful. Regards, Rob
