Networking issues?

Bit baffled
When i mannage to get capture to recognise the desk by opening Magic q on the same pc im having alot of delay on the desk end as in the desk is taking time to release playbacks. had 2019 working with the desk before and since using various showfiles with no issues
any suggestions or help would be greatly appriciated

Making the Pangolin Beyond connection in Capture

Hey guys.
m trying to connect Beyond with Capture 2019 (full edition). The online tutorial is from 2014 and the feature described in this tutorial to connect both softwares no longer exists in beyond. This is the &39;enable visualization via external software&39; option in the view tab.
Also, what else should I be configuring in the &39;more&39; option menu, in the &39;Universes&39; tab in Capture. Can I run both softwares off the one laptop on the same IP address

Mac lighting software to Windows 10 Capture

I can easiliy use LXConsole wich is on an OS X platform and Cature on the same MAC.
But i&39;d like to know if it is possible to use LXConsole and Capture on windows 10.
I have tryed to create a LAN via a switch with no success. Any help on the subject would be
appreciate !

Wrong gobo sequence on Showtec 3R Hybrid

The capture fixture for the Showtec Phantom 3R Hybrid has a wrong sequence of the gobos.
Can I reorder the gobos or has this to be done by the Capture team

Since the 3rd of February we are in our so called &39;grace period&39;.
This means that all New Licenses of Capture 2019, or Version Upgrades to 2019 from previous product versions, will be upgraded to Capture 2020 free of charge (once it has been released)!

Video Player files not linking

I have a project folder in which I keep all Capture related fiile for that specific project. there are plenty of still and video files added to various Video players which all work just fine. The prolem is that when I move this project folder from my macbook to my desktop PC all the video links aer show in red as they have lost their reference.
