Hi Guys  I need your help. I have downloaded Capture and also purchased a 2019 licence, When trying to activate the licence that we were sent it comes up saying this Key is Broken, then going onto the Demo version, No fixtures, Truss or materials are coming up in the library, i have downloaded the library and tried installing this but again nothing comes up,  Im trying to run capture on a 2018 Mac Book Pro top spec,  I need to try and get this problem sorted ASAP as i need to start ...

Further to your recent blog post on the 4th January. Can I ask will Capture 2020 still run on macs with Intel and NVidia GPU (at users risks and without support) or will it run a systems check prior to boot, to check drivers etc and thus only run on macs with AMD GPU Thanks.

Hi there I have a new 16' Mac witht the 5500M graphics card. On any other mac I have used with Capture if you open Activity monitor the graphics card is always on max, With this new machine the graphics card spikes a few times but doesnt max. Is there any setting s I can change in Capture I remember in previous vertions you could change the render engen Asssitance apreaciated. Thanks

Hello Very new to this but just installed ETCnomad on one computer and Capture SE on another trying to get to two to connect.  Have followed steps I could find in help and Youtube and am missing something We were led to believe need to run on two computers can they both run on both. DeArmon CAST

Hello! Having serious latency/lag in Capture Quartet 2018 visualizer with current setup: Asus ZenBook Pro Duo Rtx 2060 Core i7 9750H Running sACN through a USB-c gigabit dongle, connected to a GrandMA2 Light. Tried reducing resolution.. Any way to test bandwidth Any thoughts

It would be really helpful to have a 'Ideal' generic video projector, with a huge zoom range and lens shift, so it would be possible to simulate projectors that are not in the library. Or at least more options for different optics, i.e. at the moment I`m looking for a ultra short throw option that isn`t there.

Please could we have an option for DMX control of material luminance set a max range in the properties and scale it with a DMX channel Would be rather useful.

Hi, since i installed 2019, the duplicate icon doesn't work anymore. Not in Plots, not in the Mainscreen, nowhere.. They told me to do the installation again, but that didnt work. In 2018 it still works.

Hi, I have installed the latest update and since then I am unable to insert new fixtures onto the scene via drag & drop. I am able to edit existing files but new fixtures or material or filters are not possible. The drag & drop works only for objects. I have repaired the installation, I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no positive result. What am I doing wrong  Thanks!
