Hi, Wonder if anyone can help me I'm having a slightly weird thing happening with my Capture atlas project and this particular fixture the Robe 100 LED beam. If I go to the library and find this fixture and add this to my project and give it a DMX address it works fine, If I then save and close the programme and re open it when I click on the fixture they are doing weird things there strobing and not giving out full light, if I then go to the fixture in the fixture list remove the dmx address t...

I just upgraded my 2018 symphony to 2019 and lost connection with my console. As soon as I downgrade back to 2018 without changing any settings it works fine. Is there some kind of new setting I need to check on version 2019 for it to work correctly

Hello I've just bought a Capture Atlas from a local dealer iDJ here in USA. I was trying to register and get a license key. So I went to the first window entered my data and was asked to save the key file. I taped a name for a file like 'Capture key' and saved it. Then, when I'm trying to install that license key it shows error - The key file has an invalid file name. Please let me know how to proceed. Hi, I've been using the Student Edition version of Capture for a few weeks, but today, when i try to open a project an alert display telling me that 'An internal error occured', so i try to start a new project, but i notice that there is no fixtures or truss in the 'library' tab. Did someone has the same problem

Last week i was trying to replace a fixture that was in a group with other elements, I wanted to select the fictures from the fixtures list so they got selected on the design, then i wanted to use repace function, but that was not available. I had to ungroup everything before i coult use the replace function. Maybe this can get improved Thank you
