Hagning, when adding video player

Hello
I'm drawing a basic show with some LED panels and when I'm trying to add a video player, the blue circel spins and the program becomes unresponsive.
Is it something simple I can check

Hi,
i am trying to visualize a rig with some Sparx 7 fixtures. My problem is that i don't get the Sparx 7 working as in live. The whole pattern and sparkle behaviour is missing in my opinion. Is the Sparx 7 fully supported or are the features really nonexistent

Chroma Q Color force 72

I think it is me being stupid but i can't seem to find the Chroma Q colorforce 72 in the library I have updated to the latest library build but all i get in the Chroma Q folder is studio force units Am I looking in the wrong place Also I can't find pixel line.

Unit power information

version 22.1.7 on mac is not showing power information for fixtures. if i click the info tab, weight is shown but not power consumption. power consumption is also not shown in the fixture properties tab or the fixture tab. I'm updating to the latest public release to see if this is resolved. has anyone ran into this before

Slow navigation and selection in Plot View

Hi guys,Currently working on a fairly large project, but it's jerky and slow navigating or selecting in any window, as soon as one of the windows is set to Plot. In the Plot view itself it takes up to 3 seconds to select a single fixture.When no window is set to Plot, everything is beautifully smooth and fast.Computer is Win 10, quad core i7-6700K 4ghz, GTX 980Ti.It's making working in the Plot / Paper view very frustrating indeed. Trouble with Object Selection in Gamma view

Whenever I select an object in Gamma view I cannot select any of the options of the Red Manipulation Navigator. For example, if I click on the properties it de-selects the item and selects another object or clears the object selection. Doesn't happen in Alpha or Beta view. All three views have the same setting, anything I could have done to modify behavior in the Gamma view

Large file issue

Pc windows 8
Gtx 1080 4ghz cpu, 32 gig ddr4 running atlas symphony
I'm trying to import a dwg for an upcoming show which is pretty large. The dwg file size is about 40mb but once it is imported, the capture process is sitting on 7.2gig of ram.
I know that atlas is capable of running over 2gig now 64 bit is supported, so why is it running so slowIf I select an object to delete it takes about a minute for the selection to be shown, all other aspects of the software are also running e...

Change a gel in a conventional??

I'm pretty new to Capture but this one's driving me a bit mad! How do you exchange (not add) a gel in a conventional fixture please Just dropping one in seems to just add it and the slot frame editor doesn't seem to do much to them at all. I can't seem to see it in any of the documentation. Help please! Thanks.

argo and atlas

Just bought my new atlas full license, but I am however in the middle of a big project on argo, and don't wanna move the file up, as I then cant open it back in argo...Does atlas and argo run side by side, or will installing atlas get rid of my argoIm running windows 8.1
