I managed to delete my smoke box in Capture Atlas/Nexum without noticing, I saved the file and now I have no way that I can find to adjust the smoke level in the file. Thoughts

Hi, I was trying out the Showtec Beam FX. As this head has 3 LED's that can be a bundled beam or the beams can be opened up so you have 3 small sperate beams. But looks like the fixture in the library is not having the possibility to have seperate beams only wash look a like is visualized. Boots up fine, everythnig works fine until I middle click on the mouse for free-flight and the software freezes and starts a very slow glitch..1 flash every 3s until I exit the software or it white-screens. I'm running Windows 10 and I've updated my graphics card (GTX1080) to the latest driver and I've uninstalled and reinstalled, applied run as Administrator and still nothing. Hello, First time I am having ago at importing a model from Sketchup, when I try to import in Capture Atlas I get failed to load error. Any ideas what I may be doing wrong Is there something I need to do in Sketchup to my model Latest Capture Atlast 22.1.10 & Sketchup versions Any help/advice much apprechiated, I have tried looking in the forum but can't find anything helpful.

hey guys im having a problem with some elation opti quad pars. for some reason i am getting no light from them in capture. I tried every mode for it and i can see the dmx commands changing but nothing on screen. All my other lights are working fine.Im using it manually right now not connected to my console. Hello there I've installed Capture Nexum student version but it's having some strange issues. I patch some lights (moving lights) and start using them, but after few minutes the light disappear and I cannot switch them on again. The only chance I have, is to restart the software. I'm using Capture in conjunction with Etc Eos Nomad on iMac 27' late 2013 running 10.13.2 OsX Any idea before I buy the software i'd love to be sure this problem won't happend anymore.
