Reports Question
1280 1 - Started by Deleted User, last post from Lars Wernlund
Hi All,
I'm new to Capture Atlas and was hoping someone could talk me through customising reports and ensuring all the data I have put into my fixtures ect was right for my reports. I am particularly in need of producing reports that can show me fixture breakdowns and summaries (e.g. total weights, total wattage ect) by bar or truss. I have googled and watched tutorials and scoured the manual but not found anything of any help.
I have seen how to create a new report and the simple settings...

Spill lighting bug
1398 1 - Started by Craig Rutherford, last post from Lars Wernlund
Large beam angles seem to cause very large 'black areas' in the live views and rendering when spill lighting is enabled.
Example video: https://www.youtube.com/watchv=0rUbB08G9Ek (Please ignore The Imitation Game in the background)
This seems to happen with any lighting fixture that has a beam angle past ~90-100º, but I haven't figured out the exact value yet. The black 'area' affects everything, as though a giant black box appears as one pans and tilts around. These artifacts vanish...

Generic Truss Bug
1676 2 - Started by Andy James, last post from Andy James
Hello,
I may have found a bug.
I have 5 lengths of Generic Truss 'Ladder Section', which I changed to 'Pipe Section'. No visual change when I do so, but if I quit and the re-open Capture, it has changed to pipe.

Import Data

I've recently been exploring the demo version of Atlas, and am having some issues importing fixture patch data that has been exported from a Vectorworks plan - is anyone able to provide any assistance on exact export/import settings to make this work properly I feel like I've tried a multitude of combinations to get this to work to no avail.
I've been exporting the model using 3DS, and the data using 'File>Export>Export Instrument Data' with a variety of included fields to be exp...

Collapsing Library Tree

Hi
Just wondering if there will be a fix for this intermittent problem
Navigating your way through the library you click on the library item you want and BANG! the library tree collapses to the root. It happens not very often but when you are working at speed my god it makes me go Grrrrrr!
How about a 'Favourites' folder too
