Problems after updating capture

Hello there,
I was running Capture Argos Solo 20.1.10 along with ShowBuddy and Enttec DMXis controller and everything was working.
After I upgraded to Capture Argo 21.0.8 and a day later to 21.0.10, my Enttec DMXis controller can not be found or detected.
Wondering what can I do to get this fixed, I already contacted Enttec and we are working on possible causes and solutions but we are running out of options and since this happened after I updated Capture, I'm thinking it could be a bug ca...

camera movement via console

I want to create some camera movement in a video I want to export - since I cant move the camera manually while recording a snapshot movie I wanted to try and see if it could be done with it being controlled by a console while recording. I connected my HOG4 and patched the camera. HOG doesnt have a profile for an argo camera so I used desk channels (18 according to the schematic in the manual). Loading problems after updating to 21.0.10

Hey guys, since update to 21.0.10 i'm having trouble loading in most of my showfiles i've made on 21.0.10 as well as earlier versions of Argo/Polar. When I load them in, it loads, and after that has a CTD. Having this problem on my desktop (Win7) as well as my Macbook Pro (mid 2013, OSX Yosemite). I've been testing the student version of Capture Argo for a while in combination with MagicQ PC on the same laptop. It all worked smoothly, until yesterday.
After starting Capture, i noticed the external universes in the universe tap were gone, so i cannot connect to magicQ anymore.
As far as i know no parameters are changed. MagicQ is still outputting to the loopback adress (127.0.0.1) and 'send to Applications on this PC' is enabled. In the DMX setup 2 universes are enabled, and v...

No local connection with ETC EOS

Hi Capture Team,I'm currently using Argo Solo v21.1.10 connected to an ETC ION 1000 and Argo is not recieving external universe within the program. Need blizzard G60 fixed in library

Hi requested the Blizzard G70 be added to the fixture library and I did the update when you said it was done. But afte I did the library update the Blizzard G70 is still not in there and now the G60 is broken, it is missing its gobos. I really need this fixed quick please. License Issue - Please help

Hi All,
I have recently received my Polar dongle and installed as instructed, I acquired the key file and installed it, Currently my Mac is saying no license installed and will not proceed to unlocking, I have tried to install the license file again but it says that it is already installed. I'm not sure where to go from here! I have emailed support but I'm expecting a reply till Monday and was hoping to get some work done on it today.

Import model - settings/materials

I use Blender to design my stages, then export them to 3ds file, and then load the model via 'import model' in Argo. This works great, everything is in scale and I can easily put in stuff that isn't in the library. Even the molton simulation seems to be functioning properly without any noticeable strain. However, the model(s) does not show up in any other view than CAD or live. Further, there are no color or material settings applied, so everything is grey. Is this improper handling fro...
