capture polar won&39;t register

I purchased a new copy of capture polar and have installed and entered my 'key file ticket'. I then click the button for 'install license key file' and browse to the location I've saved the file.Then... nothing. The display shows 'no license key is currently installed' but trying again I get the message 'a key file with the same name is already installed'... so which is itProgram continues to show it is in demo mode.If I start over and go back to 'aquire license key file', I get a message that ...

Transparent Material issue

I have an issue with transparent materials, I have a big colored glass churchwindow on stage, and I just light from behind, to see the colors on Stage, but when I map the material on my box and give a transparency of 90 you can see trough the window and see the light on that surface but in front of the window there is darkness, is there a way to solve this or a trick to get a surface to act like glass

NVIDIA GC card running slowly

I have Argo installed on a Windows8.1 laptop with a GTX680M NVIDIA GC. All was running fine until I upgraded to a new driver. After this Argo is now running very slowly and becomes unresponsive when big mole looks are running. I have tried to roll back the driver but the same thing keeps happening. The driver version is 9.18.13.4465
Is this a NVIDIA problem or a Argo setting

Connect Resolme Arena to Capture Polar

Hi guys,
I have a show I am programing where we are using Resolume Arena as the media server. How would I go about connecting it to Capture. Right now I am running Resolume and capture polar on the same mac and fiqured there should be some way to connect via artnet. Please give me some advice on the best way to do this. Also is there a test program from checking artnet on the mac. I know there is one for PC.

Video Mapping/Panel Problems

Im having problems with part of my LED wall. I have a few panels not outputting content. The rest of the screen works fine. They are all in the same layer, The mapping displays them correctly, unfortunately when I go to play it back I have Panel missing. Also when I add more video Content will not show up. New Panels will just output 100 white.

Purple disappearing pipes

I am still learning this wonderful program. I have a question about 'hanging' instruments on a pipe or truss. If I have a pipe in my drawing, and I drag a fixture over to it, the pipe turns purple and then disappears when I drop the fixture onto it. What happens I thought that would tie that instrument to that pipe, but it makes the pipe go somewhere else. Am I doing something wrong

Latest Argo and Latest Sketchup

Just wondering if anyone else is having issues importing files from the latest Sketchup (15.1.104) into the latest (as of 8/12/12) Argo When I try to import, I get an error message. Prepping for a big job, so any assistance greatly appreciated.

Capture Argo / Parallels Graphics Issue

I'm not sure if anyone else has come across this. However I'm currently unable to run Capture Argo on Parallels (current 10.1.1). I'm getting the popup ;
'Capture is unable to start due limitations in your video card and/or its drivers.'
Tried but with same result on different Win OS (7 Ultimate, 10 tech preview) and on multiple machines (retina macbook pro GeForce GT 650M, Mac pro Radeon HD 5870).
Any advice much appreciated.
