Capture 2024 // Plot adjustement icons

Hi!
Am I the only one who don&39;t see the plot adjutements&39; icons It&39;s only a black round rectangle. I can blindly click inside it to enable or disable the plot adjustement.
I have the same problem on PC and Mac with the latest version of Capture 2024 (2024.0.31). I tried with a new/blank file and the same problem occurs.

Hi, When opening capture it tells me there is an update available but when I click on go to updates page it takes me to the main page.
In the download I click for a windows download and fill out the form. It tells me an email has been sent but I have not received anything. The email address is correct and I have checked my junk/spam folder.

database layer reports

Hello, I would like to find a solution to my problem. I work with a database on the side of my plans the fixture and materials already have a layer in their apartment to be filtered and drawn quickly in having to redo the layers each time I look for a material identical to my stock of material . the problem is that in the reports all the fixtures and structures that are in my database are counted to be incorporated into the report I would like it not to be all leaving and slamming individua...

Sketchup Import

Hello
I am having problems with importing a sketchup 3D model
When I import I don't seem to have control over the scale of the imported model in that the model is in cm and capture reports it as inch.
Also it imports all layers separately instead of 1 model.
It is more than likely user error but I think Ive tried everything but i still get the same results. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Arri L7-C Fixture Colors Not Displaying

I am working with the Arri L7-C and L10-C fixtures. I am able to change the saturation and hue settings in Live view, but the visualization stays white. Changing the patch mode doesn&39;t address the issue.

Plot annotation overlap when rotating fixtures

I&39;ve noticed a small but annoying issue in Capture 2024. I have my stage fixtures rotated 180 degrees to reflect their real hanging position, and the plot symbols are "upside down" as they should be. The problem is that after upgrading to 2024, the "Focus" plot annotation seems to rotate along, while the "Patch" annotation stays in the same place. Because of this, the Focus annotation gets hidden under the Patch annotation.
I can fix this by manually adjustin...

Hallo, bei dem Ayrton Mistral S stimmt die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Console (MA2) nicht mit der visualisierten in Capture 2023 überein. Kann man dies irgendwo einstellen, oder muss das Fixture überarbeitet werden

Missing Universes

Hi After updating Capture to the latest release today I had an issue concretion our ETC EOS series desk. Capture was only seeing even number DMX Universe. So no universe 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, etc.. these were patched and showing live data on the system gateways.
I tried using the installer to repair the install as well as different capture and desk files but still the same think. This persisted after a full system restart.

Intermittent Universe Drops

Hi all,
Just been running a visualisation session here and had a strange thing happen.
During the session random sACN universes would drop. But would come straight back with a reboot of Capture.

Capture 2023
