Heloo, my name is Rrnato Machado. I'm a Mac OSX User and alight designer from Brasil and I'm studing the possibility of buy a license of capture. For this I'm trying to woork with Demo version. I have two questions:
How can I get a Black Out Even when the spots are not flashing, I always can see the venue and stuff.
If my Venue has an Avolite Peral 2004 console, for example. May I connect the console with Capture How Witch interface I mst use

Vectorworks to Capture DWG file

I am attempting to import a DWG Vectorworks 2013 file into Capture. It all imports fine, but I can't seem to add fixtures to my drawing, nor can I get it to notice that I have lighting fixtures in the drawing! I am a new user so maybe this is part of the issue! But HELP!

Capture & Arkaos on one Mac

Hi!
I'm working with Capture connected via Artnet to my GrandMA2, that works fine. On the same MacPro I have Arkaos Mediamaster running also connected via Artnet to start my videos via DMX. Is it now possible to connect Capture with Arkaos that I can see the Videos in my Visualisation, because when arkaos is running and I start Capture, there is no external Media listed, what I'm I doing wrong

Artnet trouble

Hi!
I have some trouble connecting Capture and Martin M-PC.
My set-up:
Windows 7 laptop running Martin M-PC (IP 2.0.0.2 subnet 255.0.0.0) -> ethernet switch -> MacBook pro running Capture Solo Edition 2.10.19 (IP 2.0.0.3 subnet 255.0.0.0)
Everything is set up in M-PC to send on the correct Network but nothing show up in the universes tab in Capture.
I can ping the two computers without problem.
Does anyone have an idea of what could be wrong here

Dimmer issue

I have a (minor) problem with a dimmer. It turns out that one of my dimmers affects the look of others. Specifically: if I change the dimmer setting of one of my sunstrips the light intensity of a number of moving heads also changes.
No overlap in addressing of course.
First i thought it had something to do with LightFactory but i did not see any changes in the dmx values for the dimmer channels of the moving heads. Then it turned out that I could easily reproduce it in Capture, without the u...

I have a mac mini and installed capture. When i go to univers and want to make connection to MA2 on PC
i only get the options when i klik on the right mouse button. How do i connect to MA2 on PC. You must no that my MA2 on PC is on a different laptop and they are connected.

Selecting fixture mode

I want the Chauvet intimidator 350 spot led to respond in 14 ch mode.
I click the 350 spot then click the 14 channel mode but when I drag it to a screen it's always in 8 ch mode.
is there something I am not doing right
