Probleme with the version 2.10

Hello
I have just installed the version 2.10 of capture
and I am with a problem.
The pan and tilt of my stagescan returns constantly has 0 what is rather annoying for movement.
I have update the library.
And I does not know if it comes from the library or from the capture.
I thus am to oblige to return has the previous version.

exporting DXF problems

Hi all,
I tried to export a Capture project file in DXF format ( with command 'save as..' ).the Dxf file was created but bigger that the original.( 27 192 ko for the CaptureFile and 290 782 ko for DxF file ).
When this new file are open with AutoCad, many deleted object in Capture become visible in AutoCad..
Any suggestion

GLP Ypoc 700 Spot

Just working with this one, can confirm console is correct, had the real thing working and also got it right now working on Light converse.
Currently it moves around but no light output, anything I can do here to correct that, this is for the colour wheel version not the CMY version.

Vectorworks 2010

Hi.
I'm trying to export from Vectorworks 2010 and open in Polar Capture. I'm running the Mac version of both, full editions, and i've tried exporting as DWG, DXF and 3DS and tried Open and Extract in capture and all i get is a blank project.
Any Help would be gratefully received.

Exporting as DXF

I'm trying to save my project as an Autocad file (*.dxf;*.dwg) in the save as option and all i keep getting is 'Save Project Error An Internal Error Occurred.' So far i can't get projects from Vectorworks to Capture or vice versa. Please help.

No Output with Win8 & Ion system

I'm having no action with the Ion > switch > Windows 8 Pro computer to a .exe file. When I launch the Capture file, I see the set properly, and some movers rotate out of one position to another, but I get no action from the console. I have successfully pinged the two each way. I'm not sure what to do next.

Shaking animations of gobos and smoke

Hi all, New to this forum, happily checking out Capture Polar. A short question: the animations of the smoke and rotating gobos seem to be jittery in my Live view. It looks like the gobos are shaking although they should be turning slowly.
