hi there i am using capture 2024, i am still new to if, i like to ask how to import PDf file , i already import model, and select the pdf file.... but the capture crash and close, do i did something wrong pllzzzz help

Hi, Is there a way to get blue satured lenses (Titan Tubes, Color Strike, Pixyline, etc...) I tried ton tweak view tab but no success RGB Saturation Capture Red and green color are working perfectly but blue is always unsatured. Which is not very efficient for a client presentation. Thanks

BUG REPORT: When in live view and making adjustments my cursor disappeares after a while. This bug is new and I have it since update 0.35.  I cannot get a bug report or crash log because my program doesn't crash. I just have to restart the program and try again.  But frustrating when making renders and having just made a nice composition for the render.  Hope you can do something with this info, you can reach me if needed.  Thanks, Luuk

I a sure I have posted this before, but I cannot find it anymore (and for sure it was never answered). So excuse me for double posting the following issue: If I group point snapper to a pipe, objects will snap to the built-in line snapper of the pipe, but not to the poj t snappers. I am trying to create a pipe in my template capture file, that contains snapped hanging positions every 25 cm. This makes it easy to hang on the pipe marks in real theatres.

Hi,  i'm farely new to capture and i'm having issues to add more than one universes to my patching.  the buttons and - in the bottom left corner of the window is greyed out and i cannot either add or take away a second or more universes to my show.  does anyone havea solution or some manual somewhere to find out how i can add univerers  thanks you in advnace for you help.  Thomas.

on 2024.0.37 Working with several layers divided in 'top' and 'floor' like 'spot_top', 'wash_top', 'spot_floor', etc In the fixture report (symboles count) in plots, they're grouped by type, exactly what we want Excepted for 2 ColorstrikeM duplicated from layer 'strobe_top' then changed to 'strobe_floor', I now have two lines in report, countaining each 2 pieces of CSM Did I made a mistake Can't figure out where.

Hello JDC2 M1 doesn't output anything on the plate only on the beam. I have one standing next to me, sodefinitely something in capture, latest JDC2 firmware Best Christoph

Does anyone actually man the support for this product I am blocked from unlocking as had to rebuild my viz PC a couple of times due to hardware failure and have a customer waiting for a showfile to be created which I am unable to complete.

Hi, I love the new report-in-plot feature in Capture 2024, it makes documenting things like house lights a breeze. A small issue i just ran into is that i have a Report with 2 tables that I both want to show in the plot. Unfortunately, when adding it as a report item into my plot, only the first table shows up. I hope this can get fixed. Best regards, Rik Berkelder
