Lost all my Robe 300 & 600 LED fixtures

Hi I just updated to version 2.6.11 and all my Robe LED 300's & 600's have just turned into something called Aeron 250 MHW as I am just about to send a patch list to my crew this is a bit of a problem.
I tried to restart in 2.6.9 and it would not load
help please!!!
I run a Mac OS 10.6.8 thanks in advance!!

Crashes and wont let me build scenes

Hey im new to Capture and when i try to drag and drop objects into the different views it crashes and tells me its missing MSVCR100.dll from the computer and ive tried reinstalling it 3 times but this keeps happening.... any help

Martin M-PC and Capture

Does anyone out there has any experience on linking Martin M-PC to Capture - In my setup (Win7 64bit SP1) both programs are installed on the same system. - I have attached a Martin USB widget and set the ArtNet options to Full broadcast. - and verified the IP address is set to Automatic in Capture (even tried setting it manually, to no result)Any other ideas

Windows 7 Premium, Captur 2.6.8 and Matrox Dualhead 2 Go Digital;

Hi all Capture Polar users,
I use a setup with 3 monitors.
One monitor is directly connected to the Nvidia 430 graphic card.
The second and third monitors connected true the dual-head 2 go Digital adapter from Matrox.
When I start capture everything looks fine. When i start a project Polar gives a white screen and no reaction.
Windows say: polar is not working. (capture.exe)
I can stop the program with task manager, after 2 ore 3 time's windows give me a blue screen.

JB Lighting A7 Zoom personality issue

Hi All,
Is anyone else having problems with the JB Lighting A7 Zoom when set in 12 channel mode I have had to change the fixtures (in Capture) to Mac 301s as they are an OEM version of the JB and it then works as expect when controlling it from an ETC ION with the personality of the A7 zoom - compressed Move 16, RGB 8.
The problem seems to be with the dimmer channel not mastering the RGB levels correctly.
It would be great to view the DMX channels and ranges of fixtures the library to...

So I'm 99 convinced Capture is the way to go. I had a few questions though before I commit, so if anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for so many of them.

Question 1: I noticed Capture doesn't support a focus function for moving head fixtures only conventional fixtures, I can understand this could be a fair bit of processing power for the computer to process while the light moves about, however is this on the cards for future development As ...

no right click on external monitor

Hi all,I have noticed that I'm not able to right click when captyre is shown on my external monitor. When Capture is shown on the built-in monitor on the laptop everything works fine. I noticed it because I was not able to create a Plot or Report. I'm running Win7 and was trying out the 2.6.8 version of Capture.Also when Capture is shown on the external monitor, clicking on the '' of an object will open the hint text on the main monitor, not on top of the application as I would expect.Nothing ...

Connecting Capture and Eos OLE on same Mac

Hi, I have connected Capture & various OLE's using Windows XP many times, both across a network and also on the same machine. Never a problem.
I have just made the move to Mac and am trying to connect the Eos OLE to my MacBook Pro within the same machine. The Eos appears to be configured so that it will output to a visualiser, but the universes are not appearing in Capture. I am certain this is operator error (being so new to Mac OS) but if anyone can help i'd be most grateful.
