Capture.exe has stopped working

I've just updated to V2.5.8 and the program won't get past the error message above. I've tried a repair, remove and reinstal but none seem to help. My system is: Windows 7 Home Premium v6.1 (build 7601: SP1).

Unique Plot Fixture Symbols

Hi There,
I'm just wondering how I can have unique symbols for fixtures in my plans.
Currently Mac 700s and Robe 3000DTs have the same symbol (in the plan and the legend), is there anything I can do about this

Congo jr with Windows 7 and Capture not working

Hello.
I am totaly stuck with my congo jr and laptop running W7 and capture on it.
I have allready succeded with os 10.5 and a lanbox and that was easy.
I think i have checked everything in the congo system setup, and i have used DMX workshop tools to check if artnet are working, but with no result
I have tryed so many different options i don't in what order i should start.
This is what i have done:
Congo direct to laptop without router

Glass and Projection

1. I have a piece of frosted glass, i&180;ve used a box form with 85 transparency to represent this. In CAD mode, I can see through it but in Live mode, i cannot. How do I fix this
2. I want to use projectors in my lighting design. I have selected the generic projector and attached a video but I dont see any way to see the result
3. Ultimately, I want to do rear projection onto the glass. How can I acheive this with capture

Creating a floor plan

I am trying to create a floor plan as a layer for my venue. The floor is not a straight forward box so I have attempted to make it from a combination of 4 boxes, grouped together and all with a height of 1mm.
However, when I look at the perspective view, my floor appears to be on multiple levels. why is this is there a solution or a better way to draw my floor plan

Lost all my Robe 300 & 600 LED fixtures

Hi I just updated to version 2.6.11 and all my Robe LED 300's & 600's have just turned into something called Aeron 250 MHW as I am just about to send a patch list to my crew this is a bit of a problem.
I tried to restart in 2.6.9 and it would not load
help please!!!
I run a Mac OS 10.6.8 thanks in advance!!

Crashes and wont let me build scenes

Hey im new to Capture and when i try to drag and drop objects into the different views it crashes and tells me its missing MSVCR100.dll from the computer and ive tried reinstalling it 3 times but this keeps happening.... any help
