Capture 2023 with 3D Connexion SpacePilot

Hello everyone!
I would like to become a capture user too.
So i´m fooling around with the Capture 2023 Demo Version at the moment, to be sure, that my computer can handle it. He is a midaged machine, doing his job pretty well till yet ;-).
And apart from a little stucky graphics, it seems to work.
Now I got stucked trying to use my 3D Connexion SpacePilot with Capture 2023.
I can only zoom in and out with it. So one of the six axis is working.
I installed the latest drive...

Rename fixture

Hello everybody
I am wondering if it is possbile to give an existing fixture a different name. E.g. if you need to use a fixture of the library as a "place holder" for a fixture that does not exist in the library. You would then just rename it, so it appears with the right reference on the equipment report.

Is it possible to show the beam/field of a spot in the plot/wireframe views
I know the plane focus exist, but I&39;m trying to see the result of the pool/angle of a light in more minimalist way...

symbol key

I have some houselights in my rig plan that I don&39;t want included in my plot. I have put them on their own layer and used the filter to exclude from plot. They are not showing on the plot but still listed in the symbol key. Is there a way to stop this

Rear Projection?

Is there a good way to simulate a rear projection I want to have an Opera screen as background. Alternately it will be used for (rear-)projection and as horizon lighted with RGB floodlights. At the moment I use a plain white 'box' object with transparency set to 10 to simulate this. But so the projection is quite dark. When I set transparency to a higher level (e.g. 50) you can see what's behind the screen.

Change colors / gobos of existing fixture

Hi guys, I can&39;t figure out how I can change gobos or colors from a fixture I added to my projects. Here&39;s what I did so far:
1. I added the fixture "MUVI Halo Mini" from PURElight to my project. Gobos and colors are missing for this fixture.
2. I selected the fixture, in the properties I doubleclicked on color wheel and gobo wheel and created 2 new frame lists. I can see them in the designs tab -> frame lists.
