Mouse Scroll Wheel Zoom

I&39;ve been using capture for some weeks already, and it is a bit frustrating trying to zoom in, as all the other keyboard combinations with the mouse work to move around, but I&39;m not able to use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in, it will just turn the camera angle and have tried all the possible key combinations with that scroll function.
I&39;m able to get the zoom to work, doing the pinch gesture on the trackpad, but won&39;t work on my mouse.

Explanation of Fixtures tab?

As the manual has pretty much just got a screenshot of the page.
Can someone tell me the differences between each column of the fixtures tab.
Location just seems to be a text label.
Unit
Channel
Groups
Circuit
Patch is obvious as is mode, optics, purpose (text label) and filters, gobos & focus.
Or direct me to the part/page of the manual where it&39;s explained.

Groups and location

Hi,
I was wondering how exactly grouped objects and location would react to each other.
If I import a piece of truss and copy it like 3 times to build my Lx truss, group them and then assign a Location name in the propertie field ,as "Lx1" for this example, the Location report show me the 4 piece of truss as it should.
When I attach fixture to this group of truss, those fixtures are not reported in the Location report. I have to ungroup the Trusses and then assign to eax...

Store manual fixture control in project file

Hi there, I use Capture quite a lot for viusalistions for quotes and pitches and often I use the manual control of lights to create some static looks. Is it possible for the session file to store this information as when I come back to the project the fixtures have lost all their "programming" values... I know the correct way to do this is via DMX from a console, but this then takes time to create and pacth a system, where maybe I am only use a handful of generic fresnels / profiles an...

Mapping textures on to curved surfaces.

I have included a screenshot of 3 curved surfaces to which I am trying to map a texture to but having no luck. The flat surfaces are just fine using the map to extent feature but for the curved sections, I am at a loss as to how to make the texture fit accurately. Yes, the textures sent over NDI to the material used are of the correct proportions/aspect to the physical surface in the model. If anyone has managed to do this I would love to hear how.

Circuit Repport

I am tryring to do a "circuit" Report, I have assing the circuit to the fixtures thrue the " sequential" menu, the settings is: Prefix: HOT X. (X is the number of the multicabel running from that truss) (the . is my way to do a sepration between the name and the number on the plug) Start is set to: 1 and continues from 1-6.
what I then want to do is making a report that shows me how much power is Multicabel a using fx. HOT 1 total power = 15000 Watt....
