    Hi,

I am running Capture 2024.0.33 on a new ATX PC.

    Windows 11 Pro 22631.3296.
    AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D.
    Nvidia RTX 4070TI.

Other software its running properly since some weeks ago like Wysiwyg 2023 or Autocad 2024.
I am testing Capture 2024 Symphony Edition and the software crashes a few minutes after starting to work. I think it always happens when I manipulate fixture parameters in the 3d live view.

This message appears: DXGI ERROR DEVICE REMOVED.
"Capture found an issue on your video card..."

I have try to uninstall and install Nvidia drivers. I have tried with the drivers windows installs, downloading it manually from Nvidia Support Center and installing the Nvidia GeForce Experience. The problem persists.

I am running other 3d software like Wysiwyg 2023 with very high FPS rates and very low hardware temperatures. I have also checked the RAM memory.

Has anyone experienced the same problem or could a technician give us support?

    Any help will be welcome.

    Thank you so much.
    Jorge.

    1. Could you verify you have the latest graphic card drivers installed?
    2. Make sure you have the latest drivers installed on your intel video card if it is present in your system.
    3. If you get a crash report, send it to support@capture.se for further investigation

    Hello Vasilis,

Thanks for your answer. Yes, as I say, I have installed the latest nvidia drivers from 3 locations and no method has been effective:

    - Letting Windows install the latest drivers.
    - Downloading the drivers manually from the Nvidia website.
    - Installing the Nvidia GeForce Experience application.

I have also performed other operations:
Disable the integrated GPU from the BIOS.
Run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool.
Disable anti-alissing in Nvida Control Panel.
    Disable TDR validation in Capture.
Disable video card driver version checking in Capture.

Before these changes, I would get a black screen for a few seconds and then Capture would show up with empty windows and give me the error message I described before. Now, the screens directly go black and I no longer have video output.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi,

I have a similar issue, when I try to start Capture (V-2024.0.44) and try to go to Live mode, my video card (RTX 3080) crash and Capture say "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED".

Drivers of the video card are the latest.

Do you have any solution ?

    Thanks !

Facing the same problem for the past 2 months. Capture has become unusable. The developers also seem unbothered by the issue. :(
