I wish there was an option when editing a plot you can select your stored camera positions (like in normal "Wireframe-mode" selectable with the shortcuts Ctrl+5 ... Ctrl+9) so you can display exact the same view as in your wireframe view. For example: I want a View from the front side of the stage = I select "Orthographic front" from the Appearance-Type. If I want a View from the left side of the stage = I select "Orthogrphic Camera Position 1". So you don't have to precisely rotate and shift the View to get as close to your view you had in Wireframe.
