    Does anyone actually man the support for this product?

    I am blocked from unlocking as had to rebuild my viz PC a couple of times due to hardware failure and have a customer waiting for a showfile to be created which I am unable to complete.

    Have you sent an email to support@capture.se? They usually reply really fast. Usually, it helps if you send the email from the same email account that your license is registered to.
