I would like you to consider changing the wording on the website to clarify something. I definately got this wrong!

I thought the 1/2/4/Unlimited universe feature would be limited to the visualisation engine. I definately didint realise it would be throughout the software and limit patching for drawing plans.

I've bought a Symphony licence so that when we want to pre-vis a show we can fully patch things, but I've told my colleages to buy Solo licences to work on drawings. They don't need 3D really, certainly not pre-vis.

What they do need is to be able to make nice clear plans for riggers on site. For now I've asked them to use the Focus field in the fixture properties to manually add Patch information, we might abandon it altogether and just use Unit numbers and a corresponding spreadsheet from a desk patch export.

Back to my point. It would be great to clarify this on the pricing / feature table as I don't think it's obvious.

Thanks for your feedback - indeed you are not the only one to have made this assumption.

We have amended the pricing page now.

You might want to go the other way and concider changing the limitations.

Users should be able to patch all the universes that they want, even if they can't use them in previsualisation. There's usability in Capture beyond previsualisation, that makes it a great tool for plannig and testing angles ad heights.
It is fair to allow the users to use the software for planning and drafting without limitations.
You might sell many more licenses if you do this too.
