Hello, how are you? I'm having a problem capturing video, can you help me? I'm using a BlackMagic 4K on the computer's PCI, it recognizes it in the software but the video doesn't appear in the software!! Is there a maximum size that the software accepts? Or could I be having some other problem?

As far as I know, Blackmagic's Windows drivers are based on the DirectShow (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DirectShow) infrastructure which was replaced by Windows Media Foundation (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Media_Foundation) in Windows Vista in 2006. That is, Blackmagic's Windows drivers are for technology replaced by Microsoft 14 years ago. Capture does not support DirectShow because the technology is so old, we only support Windows Media Foundation.
Furthermore, Blackmagic have also created their own, private, drivers which they want other manufacturers to use instead of Microsoft's Windows Media Foundation. Capture does not support these Blackmagic-specific drivers either. We have considered adding support for these, but as we see NDI and ethernet-based video distribution coming so strongly we see a declining need for Blackmagic's video capture.
I have not followed Blackmagic's progress lately so if nothing has changed from their side, my answer could be the explanation of your issue.
