Sync audio with video recording?

    Curious to know how you are syncing your audio with the video recordings. Is there an easy way to do this or are most people just using a screen recording software?

    Ex: you play back a time coded track, record the video in captures built in recoding. How are you getting the audio synced in an efficient manner?

    You could use a sync frame (like a film clapper used to do in the past). This means that you use a count in with the sound of a metronome syncing to flashing a certain light before the bit that you want to actually use in the final clip. This way you could easily put it together.
