Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with installing my license. Yesterday, I updated from a duet license to a quartet license. Today, I uninstalled the old license from my PC and attempted to install the new one, but I realized I wasn’t connected to the internet. After connecting, I tried reinstalling the license, but received an error message stating that there have been too many attempts and to try again later.
Do I need to wait more than a day, or did I make a mistake by uninstalling the license while offline? I checked my account on Capture, and it shows that my license is unlocked.
Any advice would be appreciated.
