Hi Martin! The 239.x.x.x address is a so-called "multicast address". It is part of a parallell range of IP addresses, a broadcast channel in a way, to which programs can send and subscribe. You can think of it a bit like a radio channel. The difference between this and "regular broadcast" is that on a computer network, the data will only be sent to computers where anybody is actually listening to this multicast address. This means that you neither need nor should try to set the IP address of your computer to this value - under any normal circumstances you can leave the IP address if your computer unchanged. All you need to do is make sure the multicast address in Capture set for Kinesys K2 communication under the Options window is the same as you have set inside the Kinesys K2 systems configuration!
