No Views, Blank white workspace.

    Hi, I have recently installed capture polar 2.6 on to a new pc spec: CPU: Intel core i5-2300 M/B: Asus P8H67 Ram: 8gb DDR3 1600 Graphics: Asus HD6850 Direct CU When I open either an existing project or a new one all the work spaces are blank white. I have since updated capture to version 2.7 and last night to the latest 2.8 with exactly the same problem. I was also running ATI catalyst 12.3, I have updated this to the most recent 12.6 with the same problem. Now I have run out of ideas as to what could be causing the issue?? Any help is greatly appreciated. Many Thanks, Chris

    Hi Chris,

    I'm assuming that what you mean is that when you create a new project or open a project, the views appear blank white? If that is the case, then it's a graphics driver issue. We are having problems with the catalyst drivers, and I would have recommended sticking to the 12.3 drivers.

    However, in order to get this fixed, if you could please e-mail the Capture.log file from you home directory after this has happened, then you might be able to help us find a solution to this problem!
