    Hi,

I appreciate that this is quite a broad question, but any ideas as to what might be causing the problem would be appreciated.

I have created a capture file on my usual Windows XP machine and then saved it as a presentation and transferred it over to a Windows 7 Home Premium laptop. The .exe file works fine on my Windows XP machine but it crashes pretty swiftly on the Windows 7 machine.

Just wondering where I should look first to try and resolve this problem.

    Many Thanks

Just to add that I have checked that the Windows 7 machine has the latest Graphics Driver. The machine in question has Intel HD Graphics in it, are there any known issues with this?

Only other thing I can think of that may be causing a problem is that the presentation exe file is being created on a 32-bit version of windows and I'm trying to run it on a 64-bit version of Windows. Is this likely to cause the problem?

    Hi John,

The 32-bit thing shouldn't be a problem, but it most probably is a graphics driver issue. The best way to know would be to check if you can run the regular version of Capture on the machine!
