    Hi.

    When you use frost at this device or any device with frost.
    Why does it seems like it doubles the power of the fixture.
    It should work more like a zoom, but with soft edges and not increasing light output.

    And another question. Is there anyway possible to manually chance the maximum output of the lamp without messing with programing at desk. I feel that all led powered fixtures are underpowered in Capture. right now i feel like 30W led is as powerful as 30W halogen bulp.

    It doesnt seem to double the power of the fixture as a result, what it does is that it maintains the lumens output to a wider beam with frost. You could say it should dim a little bit but on the other hand it is all a matter of the quality of the frost lenses. As for the led comparison please mail us at library@capturesweden.com the fixtures you are comparing and we will look into it.
