    I'm using the Enttec USB pro dongle to input DMX.

    But whit a Lightfactory on the end no DMX seems to enter Capture.

    If I run the Enttec Utility I can test the dongle and can see channels moving in the screen so I know the desk works.

    It isn't appear in External universes list

    Can help me?

    Hi oli,

    Only one application at a time may use the Enttec device on a single computer. However, if you are using LightFactory, it's easier to use a network protocol such as ArtNet or CITP to get DMX through!
