File Access Error

    Hi everyone, Over the last week, I've been setting up a show on Capture Polar (Student Edition - version 2.8.12) for some previs work. However, went to open it today (to actually start some visualisation!), and every time I go to File>Open and select the showfile, I get an error message saying 'A File Access Error Occurred', and it won't open. Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how I can fix it? I'm fairly keen to get it working again as it's taken me a while to put it together (in between revising)!! Thanks for your help, Max J

    Dear Max,

    You have probably moved the file in your computer in another location. Please locate and open it directly from the drive.
