    Hello, I am thinking about buying capture. But I'm missing some lamps... respectively some modes. How do you handle fixture requests in general? Is there any possibility to create or edit fixtures by your own?

    A: Of course. Please send any details necessary to library@capturesweden.com and we will help you out. Keep in mind that depending on the kind of items requested, we will probably need a week or two to deliver.

    Thank you Hebbe for the reply and I might add that it usually takes 1-3 working days to deliver the request provided that we find all necessary material like dmx, photometrics, sizes, wheel content images etc.And since it is quite a lot of info to add you are not able to create your own fixtures. So please mail us at library@capturesweden.com and you will be serviced asap and free of cost.

    Since it often comes questions about fixture requests maybe it would be a locked thread with the answer of how to submit your request, how long it will take and what information you need from the user.
