Hi lologustin,
Each plot view inset in the plot editor has got settings for what information to show next to fixtures - turn off the Patch, Circuit and Channel fields and the "tail" will be hidden.

hello,
thank you for the answer, my question is only about what surrounds the patch information and Fixture Id .. is it possible to keep the information content (patch, channel, etc ...) without the circles and rectangle around?
thanks

I worry that that's not possible at the moment. But I would like that too! IMO it would look kind of more professional.

Hi,
We have noted your request and we'll take it into consideration. As for what is more professional or not, that may be difficult to say and will also involve a certain amount of personal preference.
The reason it looks as it does is that we have decided to try and adopt USITT RP-2 standard because we find the symbols and logic behind it good; - The shapes around the symbols provide a consistent notation for what the numbers mean/represent. If for instance one fixture has got no channel information, just a circuit instead, it's good to have something indicating what the numbers really are. - The shapes also provide a white background for the actual value, ensuring their readability. - Since it is (or at least wants to be) a standard, drawings will be easier to understand by other people.
Having said that we also realize that it's important to allow people to customize drawings to their liking. =)

That's why I wrote "in my opinion"... But maybe I have to change my thinking. Didn't know that that's USITT's proposal. - Thank you for teaching new things! I have just been used to plots not having these surrounding symbols.
But having the choice would be nice!
