Selecting fixture mode

    I want the Chauvet intimidator 350 spot led to respond in 14 ch mode. I click the 350 spot then click the 14 channel mode but when I drag it to a screen it's always in 8 ch mode. is there something I am not doing right? Thanks Ray

    Hello Ray,

    What do you mean by " I click the 350 spot then click the 14 channel mode" ?

    Just drag and drop it from the library onto a 2d capture view, then select it, then go to selected items and click on the mode. A drop down menu will appear from where you can select the dmx mode you want to use.

    I am doing that but when I drag it to my universe it's still in 8 channel mode? Ray

    It works fine here, using the advanced mode and patched it with 14 channels.
