    I have the Smartfade Edition. Can Someone give me Step by Step to get the Capture stage in the smartsoft program. I cant get it to work on my computer. P.S. Yes i have a windows and yes, everything is up to date.

    Hi, I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean by getting 'the Capture stage' into SmartSoft, but I assume you're having problems getting Capture to talk to SmartSoft? If you have SmartSoft and Capture running on the same machine, do you see anything reading 'SmartSoft' in the 'Universes' tab in Capture?
