I can't use Live mode

    Hello everybody. I dont understand why i cant use live mode in Capture Polar, i add a DTS XR9 and want use live mode, when i press Live, my Capture windows close and have a notice: "By saving and emailing us a crash report file, you can help us locate and correct the cause of this problem" "Save crash report...","Close Capture" I am a student in Vietnam, please help me. Thank you very much !

    Hi, This sounds like very typical video card driver issues. Please check with the manufacturer of your graphics card if there are any driver updates available.
