Hi,
Trying out Capture before purchase. On a Mac.
Have tried Demo and Student version but I am not getting any fixtures in the library, very few bit at all...
I have emailed screen dumps and info but no reply.

Expecting a reply one hour only after opening the ticket is pretty optimistic we feel. Anyway, please uninstall and reinstall as explained in the ticket answer.

Hi,
I know how busy everyone is nowadays, but I did email on Tuesday.
Pre-sales queries ar surely quite important to any company.
Still can't get it working, anyone having problems with a Demo version if less likely to stump up their cash....

Pre-sales, sales and after-sales support are equally important to us. We even serve library requests to demo users just like you. The fact that you "did mail on Tuesday" simply means that we served your library request in two working days, which we want to believe it is more than fair. As for the issue of not being able to get the DEMO working you have instructions in the tickets. Finally regarding your mentioning of "stumping cash" in various posts and tickets we will be looking forward to seeing that become an actual order as we do believe we can assist you in any problems you might have with your installation.

Have actually been talking on email with Lasse today as well, regarding becoming a reseller for Capture. Not so sure now.
There are still some installation problems, some of which I have fixed myself.
Will think it over tonight.
