capture crash

    Just had my capture crash on me.

    My rig was a bunch of ROBE 600 LED wash, in mode 1 37 channels, and when I tried to do some looks with the rings, Capture slowed down dramatically and eventually crashed.

    Im running Windows 7 64 bit, my GC is NVIDIA Gforce GT 230 M CPU is intel core i7 720QM 1.60 GHz

    My capture version is 2.11.19

    Hello,

    Please take a look at our support page as it contains a minimum requirements paragraph which can lead your to a benchmark test for graphics cards on the market. Now, in order to find your card you have to browse to another test which is medium range of graphics cards and there you will find the results which is a score of only 342points as opposed to our minumum which is 2000 points. Please look into our options menu and see if setting it to low quality graphics will make it avoid the crashes, although i am afraid that this card is outdated.

    Follow the benchmark test link, the higher the score the better the performance.
