    Happy New Year!

    I have an issue with the latest version of Capture (on Mac) and MagicQ (1.5.9.2 and 1.6.0.6 - on PC - same in VMWare and other computer)...I don't know if the issue is Capture or Magicq, or my setup...

    I just cannot get Robe Pointe's (in mode 1) and Robe 300LED wash's (in mode 2) to respond correctly in Capture. Most times I startup the Pointe's are in the home position with 100% intensity and red colour, but in MagicQ the output for those heads is 0%!

    I want to get older versions of software in case this is the issue...can anyone tell me if previous versions of Capture are available anywhere?

    The proper test will be with the real fixtures so I'll be arranging to drop in to the hire company next week to test them in the flesh!

    Hi,

    I can see that you have e-mailed library@capturesweden.com already - but for the benefit of the other readers of the forum I will point out that that is the way to go whenever fixtures seem to be behaving oddly!
