    Hi guys,

I'm using Marumo LHQ/UHQ's (I wish I wasn't, but I am...;) ), which are set to three channel mode, but when I turn them on, there's only one slider to control them, and only one 'gel slot' - inserting two or three gels just overlays them.

Is there a way to use the instrument as expected - three independent channels with three different gel slots, or alternatively, if it's a problem with the fixture in the library, can you suggest an equivalent instrument to act as a stand in for now?

    Thanks for the help!

Update: I swapped over to using an external board to control the instrument through artnet. Now I seem to have control over three channels per instrument. I'm still not sure how to get different gels on each channel though.

Different gels on each channel is unsupported at the moment, please stay tuned to our future updates as it is already on the list.

Thanks for getting back to me. I've worked out a work-around for now.

I've got another query that I don't think deserves its own thread, but it's been bothering me for a while. Is there a way to produce total blackout, even when there are white textured objects? Even with every instrument at 0, you can still see coloured objects in live view.

    Thanks!

Have you tried setting the "ambient light" to 0% in the view settings?

Only just saw this reply. Didn't even realise that settings window existed! Thank you!
