    Hi guys,

    I am finding that in a presentation, any motion controllers where the console default is 100%, they are staying at 0% until I change the level on the console slightly, then they snap to 100% and work correctly after that point.

    When I connect to Capture software, they start immediately in the correct positions.

    Any suggestions, or are you aware of this?

    It's fine for me, but when I send presentation files, people say they cannot see anything because the set is in the way.
