I need a new Macbook pro for use on the road. Any thoughts on how well the 2.0 ghz 15" with Intel Iris Pro Graphics will do? Or is it obvious that 2.3 Ghz with Intel Iris Pro Graphics & NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M is the way to go?

This is mostly for simple pre-programming and visualization of minor shows.

I use this for graphics card for my Visualization needs. It works pretty solid. I use the ETC SmartFade ML with it so I am limited on mover space and such. When you use more fluffily stuff like people and chairs and not bare bones designs it can start working a little harder.

And which one is "this" you are using?

What about the 13" Macbook Pro late 2013 with iris graphics??Will it handle small to medium projects?

I´m using a late 2011 iMac with AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2Gb graphics now. Its working allright, but its lagging with alot of light reflecting objects.. Im guessing the most expensive will be the best, and will probably buy that one..
