    I have made some plots in the past and had to save them/print them straight away due to view changes.

    is there a way, or could it be added, that once you create a plot and use the paper view to customise the symbols etc that I could then lock as one plot and any modifications I do in the paper view wouldn't affect that plot?

    Then i could create several custom views/plots without on affecting the other.

    I have had some success using scenes (and layer sets) to move stuff around between plots, not sure it will save different symbols though if that is what you need.

    Hi,

    At the moment what you're asking for is not possible, and to be honest it's not very likely it will be either. The concept of having a (one single) plot-space transformation is already stretching the software to the limits of confusion. Having multiple would push it over the edge.

    As suggested, using scenes could be a way of configuring separate locations. There are some features in our upcoming version that might help you as well.
