    Playing around with the CSV import export in Capture, but nothing is changing in my Capture drawing. Are there some tricks?

    Hi Sivert,

    The only thing is that when you import, it is imperative that the column you choose as the identifying column has fixtures in your project with matching values. Apart from that there shouldn't be any tricks. :-)

    I've been attempting to import and even though the X, Y and Z locations appear in the output of the CSV it doesn't seem to move the fixtures when it comes back into capture polar. I have a large array of fixtures which I need to layout programmatically. I can write the CSV file but the locations of the fixtures in Capture Polar don't update. Is there a way to set the X,Y and Z values of a large group of fixtures?

    It is difficult to say what's wrong - I would recommend that you e-mail the Capture project file and the CSV file to support@capturesweden.com so we can help you take a detailed look at it!
