When i try to use my own license key file, an error message appears " Errore Internet Limit Di Sblocco" or "Errore Sconosciuto Di sblocco"

Thanks for reply,but it doesn't work for me.

When i'm asked to activate via internet it doesn't work, seems like is alredy activated and I'm not allowed to use my key.

In a first time, I used my key on a mac.Now I need to use Capture with my Avolites Titan Mobile, so i removed my license from the mac by using Tool>License>Delete License and then I tried to install the key in the windows verison.

Myabe I've done something wrong, I don't know....Can you help me?

Hi Stefano,

I suspect that some problems with the italian translation might be confusing you. If the automatic internet unlock doesn't work, then please use the manual procedure and e-mail your unlock request code to unlock@capturesweden.com.
