Is there any way to "mirror image" an object inside capture as not all objects are symmetrical?

    Thanks,

    Zappa.

    from Capture team on Facebook:

"This is quite easy to do with the rotation tool already though; clone them ( top view ), change to front view, rotate all 180 degrees ,rotate individually 180 degrees and go back to top view."

Doesn't this only work with symmetrical objects or through a plane of symmetry though? Think of your left foot (in Capture)... how do you mirror image it to turn it into your right foot using Capture? can it be done?

    Hi,

Capture does not currently support mirroring - neither in the sense of arrangement/positional mirroring nor model mirroring. It is on the list of things we wish to accomplish in the future!

Positional/arrangement mirroring (or even a flip tool) - it's been four years since this comment - when might we expect this feature to be included?
It seems like it'd be pretty darn useful for building a symmetrical rig...

    Hi,

We understand that this is an often requested feature, however there are major challenges involved in it for us because in reality no object can be mirrored - only its position. It remains on our wishlist for the future as we believe there are more important issues to address at the moment.
