Argo Grey screen

    I just upgraded my solo edition of polar to argo...

    Argo just opens with greyed out windows.. I cant see either the design or live screens... for old files and new empty ones..

    Ideas?

    Argo has a welcome screen where you can open an existing recent showfile, download a sample project or start new. When you start new you should be able to see all the views and start working.

    Hi,

    If, after having passed the welcome screen, once you open a project or create a new one, Capture opens four windows of which three are grey, then you are experiencing a video card / driver related problem. Our recommendation is then to check for video card driver updates. If this doesn't help we'll be interested in Capture's log file - please contact us at support@capturesweden.com then.

    Yes graphics card driver update fixed this!

    I am having the same issue but updating my video card driver did not fix it.

    running Windows 7 in bootcamp

    video card is nvidia GeForce 9600M GT
